Christmas Light Parade

The RLE Hometown Christmas Light Parade (RLE Country faire) its members, officers and directors, all sponsors, co-sponsors and volunteers, will not be responsible for any accident, damage or loss that may occur to any vehicle or person at any time during, before or after the event. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless the RLE Hometown Christmas Light Parade (RLE Country Faire) their officials, and directors, individually and collectively, from and against all charges and expenses of every kind of nature whatsoever, rising out of or which may be incurred by reason of any accident, injury, or damage to person or property caused by ownership, competition or display. Minors must be accompanied by an adult for the entire parade route.
